Contemporary design, family-friendly comfort & generous living space, this home is perfect for gathering, relaxing & enjoying everything Big Bear has to offer. Enjoy our horseshoe pit, spa & fire pit. A quick walk (about a 1/2 mile) to the Lake and Meadow Park playground (which also has pickleball & tennis courts).

Good to know

In addition to our ping-pong and foosball tables, we also have tennis racquets and pickleball paddles for your enjoyment. Meadow Park has a playground, tennis and pickleball courts...a short 1/2 mile away! Floor plans are in Additional photos.

Sean and Amy are truly a great host. Excellent location, excellent environment and activities. I have never had a host that is as responsive as Sean and Amy. If you need a place to escape, this is where you need to go! We had such an amazing stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

Sean and Amy were amazing hosts and very responsive. The house was amazing, lots of amenities, and several activities such as the games in the backyard and in the garage. The location of the house is also very close to a lot of the local popular spots in Big Bear. We had a lot of fun and highly recommend booking your stay here!

Had a great stay at Sean’s place. Sean and Amy were very responsive, helpful, and friendly with all communication. We wanted for nothing during our stay and the additional amenities they provided created a fun quick weekend trip for my guest and I. The house was comfy, well stocked, and had a lovely interior.

Great place to stay! Clean, comfortable, and in a great location with easy access to Snow Summit and The Village. The hosts were very responsive and made everything smooth, would definitely stay here again.

Sean’s place is excellent! The home looks better than the pictures. Internet works great (especially if you’re taking work calls). Fast hot water, separate heat/cooling zones for each floor, nice mattresses/pillows, and a nice hot tub. We went up to ski on the weekend and it’s perfectly situated from snow summit and bear valley. It’s a five minute drive to restaurants, shops, and bars. Sean was responsive to all my questions prior to and during our stay. We appreciated the quick communication and recommendations/guidance. We will definitely come back and stay at Sean’s. The lake is walking distance. Can’t wait to see what it looks like summer time.

Amy & Sean are 5 star hosts. The house is spacious and central to everything you need. Amy bought s’mores skewers upon arrival and answered all of our questions. Our kids loved the bunk beds and playing corn hole, def recommend staying here.

This place is amazing! Great location for all in-town activities. Very peaceful and private cul-de-sac. Sean and Amy´s place is very spacious, clean, organized and pictures/description match exactly the property. For us that travel with kids, the spacious living room was a great place for them to enjoy a movie. Also the backyard and game room were a perfect place for them to play. We usually stay out of town to avoid the crowds, but this trip was a midweek trip, so it came out perfect. No traffic, no noise, no crowds, no waiting lists. Thank you guys for hosting a weekend getaway for us, we will definitely be coming back.

Sean and Amy’s place is beautiful! I planed a family trip to celebrate our mom’s birthday and this place was just perfect for big family meals, the living room is really spacious and we definitely enjoyed the grill and jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay!
